Does Internet speed testing really mean much?

Post by BigSquirrel » Tue Mar 28, 2017 8:00 pm

From this article: https://www.nutpile.com/are-internet-sp ... -for-real/

This article hopes to shed some light on the misconception of bandwidth speeds and speed testing. It is also an introduction on how to actually discover Internet problems and issues when you are suffering them. Speed testing combined with additional hard data are key to finding and eliminating reliability issues.

Speed testing doesn’t show the big picture but ongoing monitoring does. NutPile Networks built the service so that both technical and non technical people can quickly and easily monitor their services.
